The government's request to refrain from going out due to the government's declaration of a state of emergency following the spread of COVID-19 may have caused changes in the atmospheric concentration of nitrogen oxides (NOx) emitted from automobile traffic and industrial activities, so we analyzed the measurement data of the atmospheric environment in Yokohama City.
As a result, there was a decrease in the concentration of NOx during the state of emergency. We will continue to monitor changes in the air environment in the city.
