We will hold Yokohama Blue Carbon Wakame Planting Event!

In Motoichi, we have been working on global warming countermeasure project "Yokohama Blue Carbon" utilizing marine resources since 2011.
As part of the enlightenment of this project, we will hold an event where children can experience the planting of Wakame at Umi Farm, a “seaiku” facility in Hakkeijima Sea Paradise, Yokohama.
Children can learn how wakame grows and how marine life absorb greenhouse gases.
This year, in addition to the Yokohama Hakkeijima Sea Paradise, which we cooperate every year, we will hold this event in cooperation with Yokohama FC, which has been promoted to soccer J1 this year.
