Yokohama City is promoting a variety of initiatives in cooperation with schools, citizens, and companies to realize Zero Carbon Yokohama, a decarbonized society by 2050.
Above all, in order to control emissions from households that account for about one-fourth of the carbon dioxide emissions from the city area, we are promoting awareness-raising activities in cooperation with civic groups and schools.
We will inform you that classes and lectures using "EIE (Environmental Insights Explorer)" provided by Google will be conducted at schools in the city.
