Those who intend to participate in this proposal shall meet any of the following requirements (1) and (2) and satisfy the requirements of (3), (4), and (5).
(1)As a result of examination by rule of Yokohama-shi contract rule Article 7, it was listed in general competitive bidding participation qualified person list of Reiwa 5/6, and about the next business type that we decided to correspond to the contract concerned A person who has been registered within rank.

(2)Although it has not yet been listed in the list of qualified persons for general competitive bidding in Reiwa 5 and 6, it is the same as the above (1), which was determined to correspond to the contract at the time of submitting the application form for participation. A person who is currently applying within the second place in the ranking, and must be completed by the contract conclusion date.
(3)Being a person who has not received suspension measures according to the provisions of the Measures Guidelines for Yokohama City General Competition Participation Suspension and Nomination Suspension, between the submission deadline of the proposal participation application form to the specific date of the contract candidate.
(4)At the implementation place designated by Motoichi (for details, refer to Attachment 4 in the set of outsourcing summary for details), after arranging participants and business workers, a venue with enough large enough to move the body, such as gymnastics, etc. Must be secured on a regular basis (regardless of how to secure such as lease). In addition, in the same ward, even if the venue is changed depending on the course, it is possible to make it `` one place '', but the venue will not be changed within the same course, and the number of designated courses must be implemented in the same ward thing.
(5)In the past, classrooms and lectures for multiple people, such as the management of sports clubs and fitness clubs, administrative health promotion projects, etc. Have a track record in operation.

(3)Attendees: There must be no more than three persons, including the administrator or the person in charge.

At the same time, those who have been qualified for the proposal will be notified of the request for submission of the proposal.

Among those who have submitted the proposal, those who have identified the proposal and those who have not identified the proposal will be notified in writing of that fact and the reason therefor.
