[Open call for proposals] FY2024 Yokohama City Household Improvement Support Business Outsourcing

(1) Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and be a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2) There must be registration of "other consignments" in Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding qualified person list (related to article, consignment) in Reiwa 5/6.
(3) On any day between the submission deadline of the proposal participation intention application form to the date of specific contract candidate, measures for suspension of general competition participation and nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City General Competition Suspension and Nomination Stop Being a person who has not received it.　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　(4) Supervisors shall be qualified as financial planners and have practical experience, and household improvement support staff shall be qualified as financial planners and those who are familiar with household management.
