Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the above list is being applied for the above list at the time of submission of the application form for participation, and registration is completed by the date on which the candidate for contract is identified.
(3) Being a person who has not received the measures for suspension of nomination based on the measures outline, such as Yokohama City nomination suspension, on any day from the deadline for submission of the participation intention application form to the specific date of the contract candidate.
(4) If you participate in a single company, you must not be a member of another specific consortium.
In addition, members of the specified consortium must not participate as a single company.
(5) Conditions for participation in specific joint ventures
Oh, in principle, the person who constitutes a specific consortium (hereinafter referred to as “members”) shall be no more than two persons.
(B) Each member shall satisfy all of the above conditions (1) to (4), and which member will be the representative shall be entrusted to the selection of members of the consortium.
(C) Submit a joint venture agreement and a power of attorney (Form 2). In addition, the division of duties of each member shall be clear in the form.

1.Notification of participation qualification confirmation result and request submission of proposal-related documents
Confirm that the person who submitted the application form satisfies the qualification of the proposer, and e-mail the proposal qualification confirmation result notification (Form 3) to all submitters of the participation intention application form ( If not, mail) will be notified by Friday, December 1, 2023. If it is confirmed that you have a proposal qualification, we will also issue a proposal-related document submission request form (Form 4).
