Anyone who intends to participate in this proposal shall meet one of the following requirements (1) and (2) and satisfy the requirements of (3).

(1)As a result of examination by rule of Yokohama-shi contract rule Article 7, we were listed in general competitive bidding participation qualified person list of qualified person of Reiwa 5/6, and about the following business type that we decided to correspond to the contract concerned A person who has been registered.

・Business type “B Consulting Planning” Details “B Consulting”…2nd place or higher

・Business type “Computer Business” Details of “B System Operation and Monitoring”…2nd place or higher

(2)Although it has not yet been listed in the list of qualified persons for general competitive bidding in Reiwa 5 and 6, it is the same as the above (1), which was determined to correspond to the contract at the time of submitting the application for participation. A person who is currently applying for the business type and is expected to be completed by the date on which the contract candidate is determined.

(3)Being a person who has not received suspension measures according to the provisions of the Measures Guidelines for Yokohama City General Competition Participation Suspension and Nomination Suspension, between the submission deadline of the proposal participation application form to the specific date of the contract candidate.

We will conduct a hearing on the contents of the proposal as follows.

(1)Date and time: From 13:30 on January 26, 2024 (Fri) (tentative)

(2)Location: Yokohama City Hall City Hall

(3)Attendees: There must be no more than three persons, including the administrator or the person in charge.

(4)Interviews: A 15-minute presentation and a question-and-answer session will take about 30 minutes. Presentations will be based on the proposal and supplementary materials cannot be used.

We confirm whether or not there is suggestion qualification in Yokohama-shi and go by Wednesday, December 27, 2023.

This contract is a matter under the condition that each Yokohama City accounting budget for 2024 will be voted by the Yokohama City Council by March 31, 2024.
