Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
2 There must be registration of "other consignment" and "work support" in Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding qualified person list (related to article, consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5/6.
3 The coordinator must be a person who has experience in providing employment support or coordination.

1 This contract is a matter subject to suspension that each accounting budget of Yokohama City in fiscal 2024 will be voted by the Yokohama City Council by March 31, 2024.
