All of the following conditions shall be met.

[Submission of Proposal]
We will issue a proposal-related document submission request form to those who have been approved for proposal qualification, along with a proposal qualification confirmation result notice. Please submit the proposal based on the guidelines for preparing the proposal.
Delivery will be made by e-mail.

• We will not accept documents other than the prescribed form.
• After presentation of proposal, we may ask for presentation of supplementary materials by judgment of Motoichi.
• Submitted documents will not be returned.
• The person in charge described in the proposal cannot be changed except in extremely special cases, such as illness, death or Retirement.
• Only one proposal can be submitted per person.
• Changes to the proposal are not allowed.

This contract is a project under the condition that each Yokohama City accounting budget for 2024 will be approved by the Yokohama City Council by March 31, 2024.
