The terms and conditions of the proposed person shall be as follows.

(4) Not a person who has filed a petition for commencement of bankruptcy proceedings pursuant to the Bankruptcy Act (Act No. 75 of 2004) or a person who has commenced.

(6) A person who has filed a petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 154 of 2002) or a petition for rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999) (Excluding those whose decision has been made by Yokohama City as having no risk of falling into immorable).

Regarding the content of the question and answer, all questions and answers will be sent to all prospective participants by Thursday, January 11, 2024.
If you do not have any questions, you do not need to submit a questionnaire.

　Proposal qualification confirmation results will be sent out by Wednesday, December 27, 2023.
　Applicants who have been notified that their proposal has not been granted may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, we must submit document to participation intention presentation book presentation by 5:00 pm five days after excluding city hall closing day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.
　Motoichi will respond in writing to those who have requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the next opening date after the day when the above document was received.
