Those who intend to participate in this proposal shall meet any of the following requirements (1) and (2) and satisfy the requirements of (3).
(1)As a result of the examination according to the provisions of Article 7 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations, it was listed on the list of qualified persons for general competitive bidding in Reiwa 5/6, and the following business types and details determined to correspond to the contract Must be registered within the second place.
・Business type “B Consulting Planning” Details “B Consulting”
・Business type “Consignment of office work and business operations” Details “B Training”
(2)Although it has not yet been listed in the list of qualified persons for general competitive bidding in Reiwa 5 and 6, it is the same as the above (1), which was determined to correspond to the contract at the time of submitting the application form for participation. A person who is currently applying within the second place in the ranking, and must be completed by the contract conclusion date.
(3)Being a person who has not received suspension measures according to the provisions of the Measures Guidelines for Yokohama City General Competition Participation Suspension and Nomination Suspension, between the submission deadline of the proposal participation application form to the specific date of the contract candidate.

(3)There must be no more than three persons, including the attendee manager or person in charge.

If you have any doubts about the contents, please submit a questionnaire as follows. Regarding the content of the question and answer, we will notify all proposal-related documents submission requesters. If you do not have any questions, you do not need to submit a questionnaire.

We will confirm the eligibility of the proposal form for participation, and send a notification of the proposal qualification confirmation result (Form 2) by e-mail regardless of whether or not the proposal qualification.

At the same time, if it is found that you have the qualification, we will send you a proposal-related document submission request form (Form 6) by e-mail.

Notification date: The program will be held by March 27, 2024 (Wednesday).

Among those who have submitted the proposal, those who have identified the proposal and those who have not identified the proposal will be notified in writing of that fact and the reason therefor.
