(1) Having a track record in the city of citizen public interest activity to prescribe in Yokohama-shi citizen collaboration regulations (June, 2012 Yokohama-shi regulations 34th) Article 2 Clause 3.
(2) For those who are not listed in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to Goods / Consignment, etc.), when submitting the participation intention application form, Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Application for registration of a list of qualified persons (related to goods, consignment, etc.), and there is a possibility that registration will be completed by the date identifying the contract candidate.
(3) Not applicable to the following items:
