[Application has been closed] Call for proposals for demonstration projects related to "safe and comfortable living environments and services"

Yokohama City supports demonstration experiments on new products and services in order to create new businesses that utilize advanced technologies.
In collaboration with Yokohama City Housing Supply Corporation, we will conduct demonstration experiments under the theme of "more secure and comfortable living environments and services" using apartment as a demonstration field.
Upon implementation, we will recruit proposals for new housing equipment, equipment, products, and services for supporting children and child care, improvement of the safety and security of residents, property management and operation support, and decarbonization of housing.

１. Proposals for new products and services that support children and child-rearing households　
　(Example) ・ Learning support and event holding events in common areas
　　　・Creating a place for children to live and watch over services

２. Proposals for new products and services that contribute to reducing the burden on caretaker in the management and operation of properties
　Example) ・ Efficiency of reservation management such as confirmation of availability of meeting rooms and application
　　　・Digitization of bulletin boards in a form that is easy for anyone to understand.

３. Proposals for promoting the installation of renewable energy utilization equipment to further promote decarbonization of housing
　(Example) Street lights and movable power storage that can be used in the event of a disaster (power outage).
　　　・Renewable energy that can be easily introduced using space

４. Proposals for new products and services that contribute to improving the safety and safety of residents, such as measures for anti-crime program
　(Example) ・ Eliminate bicycle parking and parking without permission, and space maintenance
　　　・Machines with biometric authentication and security functions at the entrance

1. Registered in the e-mail magazine issued by the Economic Affairs Bureau Innovation Promotion Section (Industrial Cooperation Promotion Section) of Yokohama
2. The idea of products and services are embodied, and an environment where demonstration experiments can be carried out immediately, such as the fact that there are already prototypes. (After adoption, prototype development will begin, and those that require a certain period of time to prove products and services will be deemed not to be eligible for application.)
3. Products and services under the concept that have not yet been sold (commercialized) by the applicant. (However, if you are planning a new business targeting customers in other fields that are different from existing products and services that have already been launched, the new business under the concept match the theme of this demonstration experiment will be deemed to be eligible for application.)
4. The proposals are new products and services that meet the objectives and themes described in 1(2) of the previous page, and we hope and plan to conduct demonstration tests of products and services for a certain period of time in Yokohama City Housing Supply Corporation's properties. (If you wish or do not plan a demonstration experiment on a new product or service (e.g., you only want to match with Yokohama City Housing Supply Corporation), you will not be eligible to apply.
5. There must be plans and intentions for commercialization in Yokohama City for new businesses related to products and services that conduct demonstration experiments.
