Yokohama City supports demonstration experiments of new products and services in order to create new businesses that utilize advanced technologies.
In collaboration with Yokohama City Housing Supply Corporation, we will conduct a demonstration experiment on the theme of "a safer and more comfortable living environment and services" using the company's apartment as a demonstration field.
In implementing the program, we will recruit proposals for new housing equipment, equipment, products, and services for support for children and child care, improvement of the safety and security of residents, property management and operation support, and decarbonization of houses.

１. Proposals for new products and services that support children and child-rearing households　
　Example: Online learning support and event holding in common areas
　　　・Creating a place to stay for children with safety and watching services

２. Proposals for new products and services that contribute to reducing the burden on caretaker in the management and operation of properties
　Example: Confirmation of availability of meeting rooms and efficiency of reservation management for applications, etc.
　　　・Digitization of bulletin boards in a form that is easy for anyone to understand.

３. Proposals for promoting the installation of renewable energy facilities to further promote decarbonization of housing
　Example) ・ Street lights and movable power storage that can be used in the event of a disaster (power outage).
　　　・Renewable energy that can be easily introduced using space

４. Proposals for new products and services that contribute to improving the safety and safety of residents, such as measures against anti-crime program.
　Example: Unauthorized bicycle parking, elimination of parking, maintenance of space
　　　・Machines with biometric authentication and security functions at the entrance

1. Registered in an e-mail magazine issued by the Yokohama City Economic Affairs Bureau Innovation Promotion Section (Industrial Cooperation Promotion Section)
2. Ideas for products and services have been embodied, and an environment in place where demonstration experiments can be conducted immediately, such as already having prototypes. (After adoption, prototype development will begin, and if it takes a certain period of time to demonstrate products and services, it will be deemed that you are not eligible to apply.)
3. Products and services currently under concept that have not yet been sold (commercialized) by the applicant entity. (However, if you are planning a new business targeting customers in other fields that are different from existing products and services that have already been launched, you will be deemed eligible if the new business under concept matches the theme of this demonstration experiment.)
4. The proposals are new products and services that match the objectives and themes described in page 1(2) of the preceding page, and we hope and plan to conduct demonstration tests of products and services for a certain period of time in the field of Yokohama City Housing Supply Corporation. (If you wish or do not plan a demonstration experiment on a new product or service (e.g. only want matching with Yokohama City Housing Supply Corporation), you will be deemed not eligible to apply.
5. There must be plans and intentions to commercialize new businesses related to products and services to be conducted in Yokohama City.
