Under these circumstances, in order to solve the problems and issues of the city, we set demonstration fields and themes in advance in order to solve problems and to develop and satisfy needs through near-future technologies and to develop and satisfy needs through near-future technologies. We support project creation and business conversion, and are working to solve social issues.

New Demonstration Experiment Field-Resolution of Facility Management-Overview of Workshop

Yokohama City Housing Supply Corporation has been recruiting demonstration experiments with the themes of "comfortable housing," "revitalization of commercial facilities in the COVID-19 pandemic," and "smart agriculture in urban areas."
This time, we have decided to recruit demonstration experiments under the theme of "solution of facility management issues".
In the demonstration experiment field until now, efforts were made in units of field / area, but in order to develop the results of the initiatives and initiatives horizontally, it is necessary to cross-disciplinary fields and labor shortages. The target was facilities that have the same issues as those of society as a whole, such as labor saving in facility operation and business activities, and energy saving and decarbonization of equipment in response to soaring energy costs.
Prior to the recruitment of demonstration experiments, Midoriyama Studio City Co., Ltd., which has a large-scale studio facility in Yokohama City, explained the issues related to the operation and management of the facility, and deepened the understanding of the participants. A workshop (ideason format) will be held with the aim of finding the needs of facilities that have similar issues.
We look forward to the participation of companies working on the development of new products and services with the aim of transforming facility operation management.
