When you receive designation of position of road of the current situation respect type, please talk with Housing and Architecture Bureau city area Building Control Section building authorization responsible.

※In the case of designated application of position of road, style of "designated figure (No. 8 style) of position of road" which submission needs is changed from June 14, 2019. Please be careful.
It revised all the bookmarks of Yokohama-shi road position designated application on April 20, 2020 and changed to "guide of Yokohama-shi road position designated application".
It revised partly on June 14, 2019.
With some revisions of Yokohama-shi Building Standard Act detailed enforcement regulations, in the case of designated application of position of road, it revised way of "designated figure (No. 8 style) of position of road" which submission needed. As a general rule, about road to appoint after June 14, 2019, it is necessary to use new style, but, about thing which has been already made with old style, can just use for the duration.
It revised partly on September 25, 2018.
As consent of manager was necessary when we received designation of road with revision of Building Standard Act, we performed revision with this. In addition, it revised indispensability accompanied with law revision.
Site of building must contact with "road" corresponding to definition of road of Building Standard Act (law No. 201 is called "law" as follows in 1950.) Article 42. (law Article 43 Paragraph 1)
As one of the things recognized as the road, it is prescribed with "thing that person who is going to construct this on way adapting to road law, the Town Planning and Zoning Act, the land adjustment method, the Urban Redevelopment Law, new urban infrastructure maintenance method or standard to set by house in big city area and cabinet ordinance to construct without depending on special measures law about promotion of supply of residential area to use land as site of building received designation of the position from identification administrative agency" in law Article 42 Paragraph 1 No. 5.
This does in "we appoint of position of road".
In addition, permission of residential land development is necessary in addition when the land is accompanied by creation in regulation areas of the regulation method such as residential land development. In addition, we receive designation of position of road, and the area of the area that can plan use of land is limited to 500m2 within land that development permission of the Town Planning and Zoning Act is not for.
It depends on designated standard of "guide of Yokohama-shi road position designation".

As a general rule, applicant is owner of land becoming road.
"Designated written consent of position of road" needs consent of all rightful claimants of land becoming road. Please attach seal and Seal Registration Certificate of registered seal of all the members.
Range of rightful claimant "4 please judge by land register certified copy (as for copying, impossible) and public sectional map based on agreement of rightful claimant".
Designated figure of road position attaches for each one copy of blueprint to application (plus vice-), and you bag one copy of original drawing (mino paper) and one copy of blueprint, and please attach to application (plus).
