　According to Article 51 of the Building Standards Law, buildings to be used for wholesale markets, crematoriums, slaughterhouses, waste disposal sites, garbage incineration plant, industrial waste treatment facilities, waste treatment facilities, etc., must be located in principle in city planning. Unless it is determined, it cannot be newly built or expanded.
　However, if the specific administrative agency approves the location of the site has no hindrance in city planning after the discussion of the City Planning Council and permits, it will be possible to build it.
