About permission of temporary building ※2027 International Horticultural Exposition Permit Standards

This standard is for safety and fire protection when permitting temporary exhibition halls based on the provisions of Article 85, Paragraphs 6 and 7 of the Building Standards Act for buildings to be built for the 2027 International Horticultural Expo. It defines the standards for temporary buildings that are recognized as having no problems with hygiene.

Copy of structural calculation documents, various prior consultation documents, etc.
※Temporary buildings under Article 85, Paragraphs 6 and 7 of the Building Standards Act are not subject to structural calculation suitability judgment, but technical advice (June 20, 2007 Kunizumi finger 1332) According to the above, the specified administrative agency must conduct a temporary permit in accordance with the structural calculation suitability judgment.
 Therefore, for buildings with special shapes or buildings with engineering judgment in structural calculations, arbitrary structural calculation suitability judgment may be required in temporary permission.

Application fee

In accordance with the revision of the law, we have partially revised the fee regulations.

  • Building permission fee of 120,000 yen for temporary entertainment halls, etc. based on the provisions of Article 85, Paragraph 6 of the Act
  • 160,000 yen for building permission for temporary entertainment halls, etc. based on the provisions of Article 85, Paragraph 7 of the Act
