　According to the housing complex certification and the cooperative building design system, "one site and one building" for plans in which each building in the area reaches the prescribed plan level and that does not hinder fire prevention, safety, and hygiene as a whole area. The aim is to loosen the principles of the Building Standards Law and aim to realize a harmonious plan as a whole.
　Utilizing this standard, a number of residential complexes have been constructed, and the environment and cityscape appropriate for the area are being formed.
