  • Location map
  • Designated road map (Yokohama City Administration Map Information System "IMappie (outside site)」)
  • Restricted areas, etc. (Yokohama City Administrative Map Information System "IMappie (outside site)」)
  • Position designation map
  • Development Registry
  • Documents (*) required when abolishing in the area of urban development projects and land readjustment projects
  • Documents necessary when we abolish in area of city planning facility (※)
  • Site photos

※Depending on the business situation, the timing of cancellation and the required materials will differ. For details, please consult the Building Guidance Division (045-671-4531).

  • City street authorized route map (city hall the second floor Yokohama Building Information Center or Public Works Office each ward)
  • Road ledger floor plan (city hall 2nd floor Yokohama building information center or each ward Public Works Office)
  • Road ledger area map (city hall the second floor Yokohama Building Information Center or each ward Public Works Office)
  • Boundary map and restoration map (Public Works Office, each ward)

※We can read city street authorization route map, road ledger floor plan and road ledger area line drawing from "Yokohama-shi administration map reporting system" Yokohama no Michi (outside site)".

  • Current status map (Survey map). Please specify the width of the current road.)

  • Land registration certificate or entry summary (*)

Caution

Depending on the status of maintenance of public roads or the status of the site in contact with the road to be canceled, materials on the construction of the roadside or a written consent form for abolition may be required. For details, please consult the Building Guidance Division (045-671-4531).
