Provisional use certification

The temporary use certification system for buildings under construction restricts the use of buildings until the issuance of the inspection certificate is issued in principle, and certain conditions (specified administrative agencies, building supervisors or designated confirmation inspection organizations are safe) , When it is deemed that there is no obstacle to fire prevention or evacuation).
In addition, object of temporary use authorization is building from law Article 6, Paragraph 1, Item 1 to 3.

※Regarding the temporary use certification system, Law No. 54 of 2014. According to the "Revised Building Standards Law", from the enforcement on June 1, 2015, it will be possible to certify in designated confirmation inspection organizations. Application destination

Except in the case of construction specified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, an application for temporary use certification is required to a specific administrative agency, except in the case of construction specified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Article 4 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Regulations) See 16, Paragraph 3).
