Temporary use authorization
Temporary use recognition system of building under construction decides to be able to use under the constant situation (when authorized administrative agency, chief architect or designated confirmation inspection organization admitted that they did not have problem in evacuation in fire prevention in security) after having limited use of building before receiving grant of certificate of inspection with principle prohibition.
In addition, object of temporary use authorization is buildings from law Article 6 Paragraph 1 1 to 3.
※About temporary use recognition system, it is 2014 law No. 54. By "revised Building Standard Act", we may authorize in the designated confirmation inspection engine from the enforcement on June 1, 2015. As for the details, please see HP (the outside site) of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
When we include by construction such as the enlargement and construction about refuge facilities, except cases of construction that the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport sets, application of temporary use authorization is necessary for identification administrative agency (16 third q.v. of Building Standard Act enforcement regulations Article 4).
As construction such as the enlargement that we use even designated confirmation inspection engines provisionally and can authorize, the following construction is set.
- We correspond to requirements to advocate by construction of the enlargement next
- Completing construction (thing concerned with part of temporary use is best.) about refuge facilities before application of temporary use authorization.
- Do not include construction about refuge facilities modifying part except part affecting the enlargement.
- Construction of all reconstruction
- Construction of all reconstruction of the sectioned part when building is sectioned in wall of structure that became independent without opening concerned
