About permission of temporary building
Temporary buildings are temporarily set for a period when it is deemed that there is no problem in safety, fire prevention and hygiene according to Article 85, Paragraphs 6 and 7 (permission of temporary buildings) of the Building Standards Law (permission of temporary buildings). Refers to a building that is installed. Temporary permission application is required before confirmation application. In addition, in order to judge that there is no problem in safety, fire prevention and hygiene, we may ask you to respond individually, so please consult with the Building Consultation Internet Reception Form in advance.

Application fee
In accordance with the revision of the law, we have partially revised the fee regulations.
- Building permission fee of 120,000 yen for temporary entertainment halls, etc. based on the provisions of Article 85, Paragraph 6 of the Act
- 160,000 yen for building permission for temporary entertainment halls, etc. based on the provisions of Article 85, Paragraph 7 of the Act
