Permission (law Article 85) of temporary building

About permission of temporary building

When we admit that we do not have problem in in fire prevention and hygiene in security with temporary building by Building Standard Act Article 85 Paragraph 5 and Paragraph 6 (permission of temporary building), we set period and say installed building temporarily. Temporary permission application is necessary before confirmation application. In addition, in security, please consult beforehand to window in judging that we do not have problem in in fire prevention and hygiene as we may demand correspondence individually. With law revision, it revised the fee regulations.

  • Planning permission fee 120,000 yen such as temporary performance ground based on regulations of law Article 85 Paragraph 5
  • Planning permission fee 160,000 yen such as temporary performance ground based on regulations of law Article 85 Paragraph 6
