Summary of system
The first-class second class (150% are excluded) low-rise building exclusive residential district (the maximum first class altitude district) was set to protect environment of good house which modified low-rise building house; local, height of building is limited to 10 meters, but it may become possible building as limit at 12 meters in height only when is admitted that there is not fear to hurt its environment of good house in neighboring low-rise building residential areas by regulations of Building Standard Act Article 55 Paragraph 2 and altitude district notification by receiving authorization of the mayor.
