1-2 Acceptance of confirmation application

  • When submitting confirmation application documents, please make a reservation in advance.
    For reservations, please call the instructor or Structure Section.
  • Confirmation applications for building No. 4 are accepted at any time. Please bring it to the instructor.
  • We do not conduct a preliminary review of the contents.
  • When applying for confirmation, please submit the “Application Check Sheet” at the time of confirmation.

  • When applying for a building confirmation after February 1, 2013, please submit the "Procedure Status of Building Agreements registration form" at the same time.

2-2 Fees for Interim Inspection and Completion Inspection

Interim inspection

  • The target structure and timing of the interim inspection are as follows.Intermediate inspection (specific process)Please take a look at it.
    ※Intermediate inspection is performed when the total area of the building unit of the confirmation application is 50 m2 or more.

Completion inspection

  • When the construction is completed, there will be a few lines regardless of the area or scale. (except in case of change of use)

2-4 Interim inspection of S, RC, SRC, etc.

  • Date of interim inspection (in charge of structure)
    Please make a reservation by phone from 2 weeks to 10 days before the scheduled inspection date.

    (Inspections are conducted on Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, and afternoon except public holidays.)
    ※Please refer to 2-5 for inspection of wooden buildings and type conformity houses.

2-5 Intermediate inspection and completion inspection of wooden construction

  • In charge: Instructor 045-671-4531
  • When applying for an inspection, please check the required documents and the items described in the Interim Inspection Reception Check Sheet and Completion Check Sheet before submitting an inspection application form. Please refer to the following link for details.
  • Please make a reservation by phone from 2 weeks to 10 days before the scheduled inspection date.

    (Inspections are conducted on Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, and in the morning and afternoon except holidays.)

We handle structures (signboards, iron poles, etc.) excluding retaining walls.

3-1 Advertisement boards, chimneys, iron pillars, silos, etc.

Standards and Procedures

Completion inspection

  • As a general rule, we will visit you on the afternoon of the following day of each ward.
  • Please make a reservation by phone about 2 weeks to 10 days of the scheduled completion inspection date.

    (Inspections are conducted on Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, and afternoon except public holidays.)
    ※Please refer to 2-5 for inspection of wooden buildings and type conformity houses.
  • In charge: In charge of equipment 045-671-4538

5-1 Changes in the plan

  • The procedure differs depending on the content of the change.
  • Please consult with each person in charge according to the details of the change.
  • Please refer to Article 3-2 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Regulations for minor changes.
  • Please refer to the following for the format required for the procedures for minor changes (Article 3-2 of the Rules).

5-2 Notification of withdrawal

(Yokohama City Enforcement Regulations, Article 16, Paragraph 1)

  • If you want to withdraw each application for building confirmation, intermediate inspection, and completion inspection before the issuance of a confirmed certificate, intermediate inspection pass certificate, and inspection certificate, submit a "Notice of withdrawal" to the window where each application was made Please give me.

  • The required number of copies is two copies, for the original copy and duplicate copies.
  • The seal of the notifier must be the same as the confirmation application.

5-3 Notification of Delegation (after confirmation)

(Yokohama City Enforcement Regulations, Article 16, Paragraph 2)

  • If you are going to cancel the construction or change of use after receiving the certificate of confirmation, please submit a "Notification of Deletion" to the following window according to the application details.

  • Please download the form of the notice from the link below.
  • Download the form
  • The reporter should be the owner of the building.
  • The required number of copies is two copies, for the original copy and duplicate copies.
  • private seal of the submitter must have the same thing as the building confirmation application form.
  • Please submit it along with a certificate of confirmation.

5-4 Name Change Notification

(Yokohama City Enforcement Regulations, Article 15, Paragraph 1)

  • If you change the name of the builder, construction supervisor, construction contractor, or Address, or the designer's Address before the construction is completed, please submit a “Name Change Notification”.

  • The reporter should be the owner of the building.
  • The required number of copies is two copies, for the original copy and duplicate copies.
  • private seal before the change must be the same as the “Building Confirmation Application Form” and “Notification of Construction Supervisor Appointment”.
  • Please consult with the designated confirmation inspection organization for properties that apply for confirmation to the designated confirmation inspection organization.
