1-2 Acceptance of Confirmation Application

  • If you submit confirmation application documents, please make a reservation in advance.
    To make a reservation, please call the instructor or the structural staff.
  • You can apply for confirmation of building No. 4 at any time. Please bring it to the instructor.
  • We do not conduct a preliminary review of the content.
  • In addition, please submit the "Application Acceptance Check Sheet" when applying for confirmation.

  • When applying for a building confirmation after February 1, 2013, please submit the "Building Agreement Procedures registration form" at the same time.

2-1 Prior consultation and notification before start of construction

2-2 Fees for intermediate inspection and completion inspection

Intermediate inspection

  • The target structure and timing of the intermediate inspection are as follows.Intermediate inspection (Specific Process)Please take a look.
    ※Intermediate inspections will be conducted when the total area of each building in the part subject to confirmation application is 50 m2 or more.

Completion inspection

  • At the time of completion of construction, a total number of lines will be made regardless of the area or scale. (Except in case of change of use)

2-4 Intermediate inspection of S, RC, SRC, etc.

  • Date of Interim Inspection (In charge of Structure)
    Please make a reservation by phone from 2 weeks to 10 days before the scheduled inspection date.

    (Inspections are conducted in the afternoon except Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.)
    ※Please see 2-5 for inspection of wooden and model-certified houses.

2-5 Intermediate inspection and completion inspection of wooden structures

  • In charge: In charge of guidance 045-671-4531
  • When applying for an inspection, please submit the inspection application form after confirming the items described in required documents in advance using the Interim Inspection Reception Check Sheet and Completion Inspection Check Sheet. Please check the link below for details.
  • Please make a reservation by phone from 2 weeks to 10 days before the scheduled inspection date.

    (Inspections are conducted in the morning and afternoon except Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.)

We handle structures (signboards, iron poles, etc.) excluding retaining walls.

    ※Consultation on retaining walls is available at the Residential Land Examination Department.

3-1 Advertising boards, chimneys, iron poles, silos, etc.

Standards and Procedures

Completion inspection

  • As a general rule, we will visit each ward on the afternoon of the following day of the week.
  • Please make a reservation by phone by about 2 weeks to 10 days of the scheduled completion inspection date.

5-1 Changes to the Plan

  • The procedure differs depending on the content of the change.
  • Please consult with each person in charge according to the details of the change.
  • Please refer to Article 3-2 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Regulations for minor changes.
  • Please refer to the following for the format required for the procedure of minor changes (Article 3-2 of the Regulations).

5-2 Notification of withdrawal

(Article 16, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Enforcement Detailed Regulations)

  • If you withdraw each application for building confirmation, intermediate inspection and completion inspection before issuing a confirmation certificate, intermediate inspection pass certificate, and inspection certificate, submit a `` withdrawal notification '' to the window where each application was made Please give me.

5-3 Notification of cancellation (after confirmation)

(Article 16, Paragraph 2 of the Yokohama City Enforcement Detailed Regulations)

  • If you intend to cancel the construction or change of use after receiving the certificate of confirmation, please submit a “Notice of cancellation” to the following window according to the application details.

  • Please download the form of the cancellation notice from the link below.

  • The submitter must be the owner of the building.
  • The required number of copies is 2 copies for the original and duplicate.
  • The submitter's private seal must be the same as the building confirmation application.
  • Please submit it with a certificate of confirmation etc.

5-4 Name Change Notification

(Article 15, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Enforcement Detailed Regulations)

  • If you wish to change the name or Address or the designer's Address before the construction is completed, please submit a “Notification of Name Change”.

  • Please download the form of the cancellation notice from the link below.

  • The submitter must be the owner of the building.
  • The required number of copies is 2 copies for the original and duplicate.
  • Prior to the change, private seal must be the same as the “Application for Confirmation of Building” and “Notification of Appointment of Construction Supervisor”.
