Intermediate inspection (Specific Process)

  • Intermediate inspections will be conducted when the total area of each building in the part subject to confirmation application is 50 m2 or more.

  • In Yokohama City, an interim inspection system was implemented in July 1999.
    Buildings for which a certificate of confirmation has been issued after that will require an intermediate inspection when the specified process specified in the table below is reached.

※1. Buildings that have been certified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism pursuant to the provisions of Article 68-25 of the Act under the provisions of Article 20, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Act.
※2. For buildings to which the provisions of Article 7-3, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Building Standards Act apply (all apartments (including apartments) with 3 or more floors in RC and SRC) , The following implementation process is.

※3. In accordance with the provisions of Article 68-11, Paragraph 1 of the Act, buildings pertaining to the certification manufactured by a person who has been certified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism as a manufacturer of model members, etc.
※4. Buildings approved by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism pursuant to the provisions of Article 1-3, Paragraph 1, Item 1 (a) of the Enforcement Regulations pursuant to the provisions of Article 68-25 of the Act
※5. In addition to the above, if there is an underground garage, etc., the specific process may change as a building without a basement. For details, please refer to the page on the inspection of underground garages.

Notes
・You cannot proceed to the subsequent process unless you have been issued an intermediate inspection certificate.
In addition, you may be penalized if you do not undergo legal interim or completion inspections.
・When performing construction, be sure to post the confirmed bulletin board in a place where you can easily see it. In addition, please post the name of the construction supervisor and the contact information of the construction supervisor or the construction contractor on the bulletin board.
・At the time of inspection, if the contents of the confirmation application form and the contents of the construction are different, we may not proceed to the next process. If there is a change, please consult in advance.

  • Floor area subject to inspection
    The floor area to be inspected varies depending on the structure and number of floors of the target building.
    Fees vary depending on the floor area to be inspected, so please fill out the application form so that there is no mistake.

・Completion inspection will be conducted for all buildings.

    Regardless of whether there is an intermediate inspection, it is the total floor area targeted at the time of application for confirmation.
