Flow of inspection procedures

After the issuance of the confirmed certificate, the construction is completed and the procedure up to the issuance of the inspection certificate will be explained.
(Interim inspection of S, RC construction, and SRC construction is performed by the structural staff (S, RC, SRC construction).)

At least 14 days before the start of construction, submit a “Notification of Construction Supervisor and Construction Worker”, “Copy of Contract for Construction Supervisory and Construction Work Contract” or “Certificate of Concluding Contract for Construction Supervision and Construction Work” Please attach and submit.

(1) Specific Process

Intermediate inspections may be conducted twice depending on the structure and scale.

(2) Inspection reservation

Please make an appointment for an inspection by telephone two weeks to 10 days before the scheduled intermediate inspection date.

Please submit the following documents from 4 days before the inspection date to the day before.

※For small wooden buildings, we ask for application up to three days in advance.

◆Precautions for creating construction status photos

Construction status photos are required when receiving the application of Article 7-5 of the Building Standards Law (exceptions for inspection). Refer to the table below, at the end of the construction of the roof hut (3 or more locations), at the end of the construction of the main frame or bearing wall in terms of structural strength (3 or more places), and at the end of the construction of the foundation (3 places) Please submit a total of about 10 photos (distant views, excerpts of details, etc.).

For the construction part performed after the interim inspection, please submit a photo when applying for the completion inspection.

(2) Precautions for Interim Inspection

(1) Confirmation of inspection time

Please be sure to check the time by telephone to the person in charge of the Building Guidance Division in the afternoon of the day before the inspection.

  • The mid-term inspection pass certificate will be issued by the instructor.
  • Interim inspection pass certificate is required for notification of completion of water supply equipment construction completion.

(2) Precautions for Completion Inspection

  • At the time of completion inspection, please submit a copy of the inspection certificate of each inspection certificate (eg, firefighting inspection, inspection related to residential land development and development, inspection of elevators, etc.) at the time of completion inspection application for the building standard-related regulations .
  • Completion inspection in the greening area system
  • Regarding sick house
  • The inspection certificate will be issued by the instructor.

≪When an intermediate inspection is performed once≫

Please submit the applicable one from the "framed construction method (two stories)" "frame construction method (two stories)", "certified building", "reinforced concrete construction" and "steel frame construction".

≪When there are two or more interim inspections≫

The first time is the "basic process", and the second and subsequent times, for the parts constructed after the last intermediate inspection, "framed method (three stories)" "framed construction method (three stories)" "framed construction" Please submit the applicable one from "Steel frame construction".

Please submit only when applying for an inspection by an agent (if you have submitted a power of attorney stating that you will be entrusted to the agent collectively until the inspection application at the time of confirmation application, a copy of it may be used) .

Please submit only if the designer / construction supervisor is an architect and is different from the previous application (not required if it can be confirmed by browsing the architect database, etc.).

Only the part where construction has been completed at the time of the application for interim inspection (Please submit the remaining part by the time of application for completion inspection).

This is not required if you submit it in advance.

Please submit the revised drawing with the contents before the change in red or the drawing before and after the change. When you include change of layout drawing, please submit thing after change of the third side of architectural plan summary book.

Please submit the part that was constructed after the last interim inspection.
