Flow of Inspection Procedures

After issuing the certificate of confirmation, we will explain the procedure up to the completion of construction and the issuance of the certificate of inspection.
(Interim inspection of S, RC, and SRC works is performed by the structural staff (S, RC, SRC works).)

At least 14 days before the start of construction, "Notification of Construction Supervisor and Construction Contractor Appointment", "Copy of Construction Supervision and Construction Contract" or "Certificate of Conclusion of Contract for Construction Supervision and Construction Work" Please attach and submit.

(1) Specific process

Intermediate inspections may be performed twice depending on the structure and scale.

(2) Inspection reservation

Please make a reservation for the inspection by telephone from 2 weeks to 10 days before the scheduled intermediate inspection date.

Please submit the following documents from 4 days before the inspection date to the day before.

※For small wooden buildings, we request an application up to 3 days in advance.

◆Precautions for creating a photograph of construction status

Construction status photos are required when subject to the application of Article 7-5 of the Building Standards Law (exception of inspection). Refer to the table below, at the end of construction of the roof hut (3 or more places), at the end of construction of the main frame or strength wall in terms of structural strength (3 or more places), and at the end of construction of the foundation reinforcement (3 or more places) Please submit a total of about 10 photos (excerpts of distant views, details, etc.).

In addition, please utilize style published in "7. thing to submit at the time of intermediate inspection" of "form downloading" of Building Guidance Division HP for mount of presentation photograph.
For the construction part performed after the intermediate inspection, please submit a photo at the time of application for completion inspection.

(2) Precautions for Interim Inspection

(1) Confirmation of inspection time

Be sure to check the time by telephone with the Building Guidance Division staff in the afternoon of the day before the inspection.

  • An intermediate inspection pass certificate will be issued by the instructor.
  • An intermediate inspection pass certificate is required for the water supply equipment construction completion notification.

Please make an appointment by telephone from 2 weeks to 10 days before the scheduled completion inspection date.

(2) Precautions for Completion Inspection

  • At the time of completion inspection, if a copy of the inspection certificate of each inspection (eg, firefighting inspection, inspection related to residential land development and development, inspection of elevators, etc.) has not been submitted at the time of completion inspection application for building standard related regulations, please submit.
  • Completion inspection in the greening area system

≪When an intermediate inspection is performed once≫

Please submit the applicable one from "framework method (2 stories)", "framework method (2 stories)", "certified building", "reinforced concrete", "steel frame structure", and "basic process".

≪When there are two or more intermediate tests≫

The first time is the "basic process", and the second and subsequent times, the parts constructed after the previous intermediate inspection are the "basic process", "framework method (three stories)", "framework method (three stories)", "reinforced concrete" Please submit the applicable items from "steel frame construction".

Please submit only when applying for an inspection by an agent. (If you have submitted a power of attorney stating that you will collectively delegate to the agent until the inspection application at the time of confirmation application, a copy of it may be used.) .

Please submit only if the designer / construction supervisor is an architect and is different from the previous application (it is unnecessary if you can check it by browsing the architect database etc.).

Only the part that has been completed at the time of application for intermediate inspection (Please submit the remaining part by the time of application for completion inspection)

This is not required if you submit it in advance.

Please submit the changed drawing with the contents before the change written in red or the drawing before and after the change. When you include change of layout drawing, please submit thing after change of the third side of building plan summary book.

Please submit the part that was constructed later than the previous interim inspection.
