Confirmation application
Certificate of Confirmed
<2 weeks before construction start>
At least two weeks before the start of construction, the builder must submit a copy of a document certifying that the construction has supervised the construction and underwritten the construction work (e.g.: Please attach and submit a contract for construction supervision work and construction work).
However, in the case of direct-managed work by the architect, it is not necessary to submit attached documents.
<1 week before construction start>

<Intermediate inspection process>
Interim inspection is performed twice when the foundation reinforcement is completed and the bonding of the frame is completed. Please refer to the page on the interim inspection process for the timing of the intermediate inspection.

Please make a reservation by phone at least one week before the interim inspection.

Interim inspection application
<Submission of Interim Inspection Application>
Please submit an intermediate inspection application (from 1 to 4) from 4 days before the scheduled inspection date to the day before.
The four pages can be omitted by submitting a report (construction supervision / construction work) report based on Article 12, Paragraph 5 of the Building Standards Law.
A fee will be charged for the inspection.

During high-strength bolts, markings are performed after the primary tightening, and the marking deviation after the secondary tightening. - Construction status of synthetic decks
Check the pitch of the baking plug welding and stud pitch to ensure fixedness. (Check sheet is required depending on the product.)
<If the intermediate inspection is passed>
If you pass the intermediate inspection, you can proceed to the following process.
However, this cannot be carried out until after receiving the intermediate inspection pass certificate. (Article 7-3 of the Building Standards Law)
In Yokohama-shi, we attach seal (see figure below) of conduct of intermediate inspection to building confirmation display boards at the end of inspection.
<If the interim inspection was not passed>
If you do not pass the intermediate inspection, you will not be able to proceed to the following process.
It is necessary to take necessary measures, such as re-inspection and reporting, and pass the intermediate inspection.
Issuance of interim inspection pass

The interim inspection pass certificate will be issued by the person in charge of construction.

Completion of construction
<Submission of Completion Inspection Application Form>
Please submit a completion inspection application (from 1 to 4) from 7 days before the scheduled inspection date to the day before.
Entry entry on the four sides can be omitted by submitting a construction supervision and construction status report.
A fee will be charged for the inspection.

Please submit the following report to the Structural Section before the completion inspection.
