Confirmation application
Issuance of Confirmed Certificate
<Up to 2 weeks before the start of construction>
At least two weeks before the start of the construction, the builder shall submit a “Notification of Appointment of Construction Supervisor and Construction Worker” to a copy of a document certifying that the construction has been supervised and undertaken (eg, construction supervision and construction work) Please attach and submit a contract conclusion certificate).
However, in the case of directly managed construction by the builder, it is not necessary to submit attached documents.
<Up to one week before the start of construction>
When the builder performs the following construction, the construction supervisor or construction builder of the construction concerned must submit the following construction plan (Yokohama City Building Standard Law Enforcement Detailed Regulations Article 17-3 (Hereinafter referred to as "Details").

<Intermediate inspection process>
The RC construction performs an intermediate inspection twice when the foundation reinforcement is completed and the second floor reinforcement is completed from the bottom floor. Please refer to the page on the intermediate inspection process for the timing of the intermediate inspection.

Please make a reservation by phone 10 to 14 days before the intermediate inspection.

Application for intermediate inspection
<Submission of an interim inspection application>
Please submit an interim inspection application (from 1 to 4) from 4 days before the scheduled inspection date to the day before.
On the four pages, entry can be omitted by submitting a report (construction supervision / construction status) based on Article 12, Paragraph 5 of the Building Standards Law.
A fee is required for the inspection.

- Check the number of main lines, diameter, and placement direction of the pillar.
- Check the diameter and pitch of the band at the entrance of the pillar beam.
- Check the status of the beam main muscles, streak muscles, abdominal muscles, and width stop muscles.
- Check the fixation method and length of the beam main muscles.
- Check the position of the hanging streaks in the main beam.
- Check the position and method of the beam joint (in the case of compression, test results).
- Check the position of the beam penetration hole and the enforcement status of the reinforcing bars.
- Check the main slab direction, pitch, diameter, and thickness of the slab.
- Check that the pipes (CD pipes, etc.) in the slab concrete are not too concentrated.
- Check how to fix the streaks on the wall and length.
<If you pass the intermediate inspection>
If you pass the intermediate inspection, you can proceed to the subsequent process.
However, this cannot be done only after receiving the intermediate inspection pass certificate. (Article 7-3 of the Building Standards Act)
In Yokohama City, a sticker (see the figure below) for which the intermediate inspection has been carried out is attached to the building confirmation display board at the end of the inspection.
<If the intermediate inspection is not passed>
If you do not pass the intermediate inspection, you will not be able to proceed to the subsequent process.
It is necessary to take necessary measures such as re-inspection and reporting, and pass the intermediate inspection.

An intermediate inspection pass certificate will be issued by the person in charge of the structure.
