2.Additional amount when conducting an examination pursuant to the provisions of Article 6-3, Paragraph 1 of the Building Standards Law
(When structural calculation suitability judgment is no longer required for buildings to which Route 2 is applied)
※2 Change, relocation, large-scale repair, large-scale remodeling and use of plans for buildings
The confirmation application fee for change shall be multiplied by the total floor area by 0.5.
It shall be the amount corresponding to the area obtained. However, the floor area is changed by changing the building plan.
In the case of an increase, the amount corresponding to the floor area of the increased part.
Please contact us separately for confirmation application fee when there is a plan change.

※3 The total floor area pertaining to the building is unless it falls under Article 7-3, item 1 of the Building Standards Act.

3. Fees added at the time of completion inspection of buildings such as energy conservation conformity assessment

The completion inspection fee for buildings that have undergone conformity assessment of the Building Energy Conservation Law includes the following fee according to the current completion inspection fee according to the use of the non-residential part of the building, such as energy saving conformity judgment, and the total floor area. Please add.

※3 The floor area of “factory, etc.” (* 5), “parts with high openness” (* 6), and “existing parts in extension and renovation” will be reduced from the area subject to the additional fee.
※4 ※If the area subject to the fee is 0 m2 when the floor area is reduced by 3, 19,000 yen will be added according to the price list.
※5 “Parts such as factories” refers to the parts that are used under the Building Standards Law for the following purposes. (It does not depend on whether the primary energy consumption is calculated.)

  • Crematoriums or slaughterhouses, waste treatment plants, garbage incineration plant and other treatment facilities
  • Public telephone office
  • Shed of public toilets, rest areas or bus stop
  • Data center, etc.
  • Facilities designated by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism based on Article 135-4, Item 5 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order (Ministry of Construction Notification No. 1836, December 28, 1970)
  • ※6 “High openness” means that the following conditions are met.
  • The part that is always open to the outside air is 1/20 or more of the floor area.
  • The minimum part where air conditioning equipment can be installed.

(It must be a floor or a part of it without a partition wall inside.)
