Announcement from fire brigade Isogo

We are looking for a member of fire brigade!

 While carrying out its main business, fire brigade carries out fire fighting activities in the event of a major earthquake or other disaster.
 In addition to disasters, it plays an important role in improving firefighting and disaster prevention capabilities in the region, such as training, first aid dissemination guidance, patrol patrols, and public relations activities.
I'm in charge of it.

Eligibility for joining

 Anyone between the ages of 18 and 70 who lives in the ward, or works or attend school, can join.
Foreigners can also join (there are some restrictions).
 In addition to providing annual remuneration, dispatch, training and other activities, there are compensation for public affairs accidents and Retirement remuneration system.

Introduction of fire brigade Isoko

 At Isogo fire brigade, the performance inspection of small pumps, proper management of loaded vehicles, education and training such as training ceremonies, firefighting operation of small pumps, basic training for earthquake disaster response, long-distance water supply fire drills, station fronts and patrol public relations for fire prevention. We carry out security and security activities throughout the year and night.

History of Isogo fire brigade

 fire brigade Isogo enacted the Fire Service Organization Law in December 1947, and the fire brigade Ordinance of Yokohama was promulgated. On March 24, 1948, 13 fire brigade, including Isogo fire brigade, were born in Yokohama. In November 1952, Kanazawa Ward was separated from Isogo Ward. In November 1952, the Kanazawa fire brigade was established with theKanazawa fire departmentfire brigade.
 Also, in June 1975, one branch was newly established due to the large-scale housing complex development in the Yokodai area, resulting in a total of nine branches. From April 1, 2009, the squad and groups were changed from 9 divisions and 36 groups. The recruitment of female fire brigade employees began in fiscal 1997, and 87 female fire brigade employees are currently active.
