Introducing Tsuzuki fire brigade's activities!

fire brigade Tsuzuki resignation ceremony and training for new members

Date of implementation: Sunday, April 16, 2023
Location: Tsuzuki fire department
Contents: A resignation has been issued to new members on April 1, 2023. In addition, we conducted organizational systems, basic knowledge of fires and earthquake disasters, and training on handling equipment and materials for new members.

Training leader training and training for members with a short history of joining (first time)

Date of implementation: May 14, 2023, Sunday, July 9, 2023
Location: Tsuzuki fire department
Contents: Basic rope tying training was conducted for members with a short history of joining. It was a meaningful training because I had forgotten it. Training was conducted for training instructors, such as courtesy ceremonies, rope tying training, and confirmation of safe driving procedures for emergency vehicles.

Tsurumi River Flood Control Training

Location: Kawawa Elementary School
Contents: We carried out Tsurumi River flood control drill with ward offices.

Joint quake countermeasures drills

Date of implementation: Sunday, September 11, 2022
Location: Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau Tsuzuki Plant
Contents: Training for handling equipment and materials was conducted jointly by the team and the department.

Contents: A senior lifesaving course was held for members.

Location: Kamoi Driving School
Contents: Each member of the fire brigade Tsuzuki conducted training on emergency vehicle operation guidelines, emergency driving, and checking the guidance guidelines for nighttime zones.

Location: Tsuzuki fire department, branch offices, and equipment storage
Contents: Encouragement of the year-end and New Year holidays were encouraged by the Deputy Mayor and Tsuzuki Fire Department.

2023 Tsuzuki fire department Opening Ceremony

Date of implementation: Friday, January 6, 2023
Location: Tsuzuki Ward   Office public hall Courtyard
Contents: The award ceremony was held on January 6, 2023 for those who were eligible for the award. In addition, fire brigade employees carried out simultaneous water discharge in the courtyard.

Introduction of fire brigade Tsuzuki

With the birth of Tsuzuki Ward  , fire brigade Tsuzuki was established in November 1994, with 406 members of the Kohoku Ward and a part of Midori Ward. In conjunction with the birth of the city of Yokohama.
Recruitment of female fire brigade employees began in fiscal 1997.
