Please be careful of suspicious telephones giving the staff of the city hall or ward office

In procedure about my number card, the staff of city hall and ward office does not hear contents such as identity verification documents by telephone and does not ask correspondence of mail at all.
If you have any suspicious calls, e-mails, letters, visits, etc. using My Number Card, please contact your local police department immediately.
