At the "Administrative Service Corner" at major stations in the city, you can get resident certificate and private seal certificates even outside the office hours at the ward office, such as Saturday and Sunday. Depending on the type of Reception hours and the type of certificate, it may not be possible to issue it immediately, so please check before using.

family register notifications (birth, death, marriage, etc.) are accepted at the Holiday and Night Reception Desk. The documents will be reviewed in Family Registry Division at a later date, but if there are no serious defects, the date of submission will be the acceptance date.

• 8:00 to 22:30: 150 yen for 30 minutes
• From 22:30 to 8:00: 100 yen for 60 minutes
• Maximum fee of 800 yen only for holidays (Saturday, Sunday, public holidays)

Due to congestion at the counter, etc., the amount exceeding the free time will be charged. Please use public transportation as much as possible.

• Among ward office and public hall users, those who fall under the following 1 and 2

1. Person with a disability and the caregiver (please show certificate of the physically disabled, notebook of love, health and welfare notebook for the mentally ill.)
2. Low-emission vehicles (limited to those using electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid vehicles, fuel cell vehicles, and natural gas vehicles) Please present your vehicle inspection certificate.

• Organizers of the project in the public hall auditorium attached to the ward office (up to three vehicles, including vehicles parked at the entrance).

• Those who use cafeterias and shops
• Those who use collection box for recyclables
• Person who came to the agency to get brochure which we issue in city at windows
• Person who came to the agency to see event in inhabitant of a ward hall etc.

If you get off on the first floor of the parking lot elevator, you can go to the ward office 1st floor, and get off on the second floor of the elevator, you can proceed to the ward office 2nd floor entrance.
