[Request for repair from construction companies]

1. Please explain to the waterworks contractor about the details of the desired construction and the local situation.
2. Please receive a sufficient explanation in advance about the construction details, required time, estimated amount, etc.
3. Please take quotes from multiple people as much as possible and consider the contents. Please note that estimates may be charged, so please check in advance.
4. If you do not actually repair only by quotation, or you may be charged just by checking the site, so please check with the water supply shop you request in advance.
5. If you are not satisfied with the bill, please ask for a breakdown of the billed amount and confirm any questions.
6. If you have any questions during construction, please check with the construction company on the spot.
7. If you make an emergency request on a holiday or night hours, please check in advance as the fee may be higher than usual.
8. If the water pipe is leaking due to aging, please note that after some repairs, there is a possibility of water leakage in other aging areas after some repairs.

The designation system for designated water supply equipment construction companies was established by the revision of the Water Supply Law in 1996, and based on uniform requirements nationwide, based on the application of those who conduct water supply equipment construction business, the water supply company (Water Works Bureau) It is person who appointed as construction company.
Designated water supply equipment construction companies are designated for each water supply company (Water Works Bureau), but the designated standards are not specified by the water supply company (Water Works Bureau), but are designated by the Water Supply Law as a uniform requirement nationwide.
