  (Standards for Buildings)
  Use, form, site and design of building in Article 6 agreement area must follow standard to establish next.
  (1) Use of building shall be single-family house or clinic (except veterinary clinic) combined house. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings necessary for the public interest that have been approved by the Steering Committee specified in Article 7.
  (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 6.5 meters.
  (3) Subdivision of the site shall not be possible. Provided, however, that this shall not apply when the site area after sub-divided is 170 square meters or more.
  (4) The height of the gate and fence shall be 2 meters or less, and shall be fences, hedges, and other similar, and shall be open.
