  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 6 The use, form, site and design of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
    (1) The use of the building shall be as follows.
    Single-family housing (including two-family living together housing)
    B. clinics combined housing
    C. Housing combined with a property hospital
    D) Of the dual-use houses listed in Article 130-3 of the Ordinance, those approved by the Steering Committee as not to impair the living environment due to noise, vibration, odor, etc.
    E) Others recognized by the Steering Committee as not to impair the living environment
    (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 10m from the ground surface.
    (3) The site area shall be 100 m2 or more.
    (4) It is not possible to change the ground of the site. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cutting or embankment of the part where parking lots, stairs or slopes or lifts for wheelchairs are built.
    (5) Buildings shall not be able to be built outside the top of the retaining wall facing the site boundary. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to any of the following.
    Oh, eaves of building and eaves
    (A) Those approved by the Steering Committee as not to impair the living environment
    (6) The colors of the roof and outer wall of the building shall be in harmony with the surrounding landscape.
