    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, site and design of building in Article 6 agreement area must follow standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) The use of the building shall be as follows.
    (Including two-family living together houses)
    B. clinics combined housing
    (C) Housing combined with a moving path
    D) Of the combined-use houses listed in Article 130-3 of the Ordinance, those that have been approved by the Steering Committee as having no risk of impairing the living environment due to noise, vibration, odor, etc.
    (E) Others that the Steering Committee has recognized that there is no risk of impairing the living environment
    (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 10m from the ground surface.
    (3) The site area shall be 100 m2 or more.
    (4) The ground of the site shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to the cutting or embankment of the part where parking lots, stairs or slopes for wheelchairs or lifts.
    (5) Buildings, etc. shall not be built outside the top of the retaining wall facing the site boundary line. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to any of the following.
    Oh, eaves of building and eaves
    (B) Those approved by the Steering Committee as having no risk of impairing the living environment
    (6) The colors of the roof and outer walls of the building shall be in harmony with the surrounding landscape.
