    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, structure, site and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must be based on standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) Use shall be single-family homes (including two-family living together houses). Provided, however, that this shall not apply to public facilities, etc., which are approved by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7 in consultation with Yokohama City and do not violate the purpose of Article 1.
    (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7 meters.
    (3) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    (4) The site shall not be split.
    (5) The height of the ground surface of the site (hereinafter referred to as “ground”) at the time of this agreement shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for building a car garage.
    (6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the site boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit when building or part of building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall corresponds to a or i.
    Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3 meters or less.

    (7) Fences shall be open, such as fences and hedges.
