  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, site, position and form of building in Article 6 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) Use of building assumes one of the following except thing which assumes house part to become report house to prescribe in house accommodation business law (2017 law 65th).
    Dedicated single-family houses (including two-family living together houses set forth in the next section)
    B. Clinics (excluding veterinary clinics) combined housing
    (2) The site of the building shall not be divided.
    (3) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this, and the outside surface of the bay window, outdoor stairs, veranda or its footpost attached to the building to the adjacent land boundary line shall be 0.5m or more.
    (4) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    (5) The ground surface of the site cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts or embankments for building parking lots, stairs or slopes or wheelchairs such as cars.
    2. The two-family living together residence set forth in item 1 of the preceding paragraph shall be (2) shared entrance type or (3) shared use type as shown in the separate figure.
