    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, site, position and form of building in Article 6 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) Use of building shall be one of the following except thing which assumes house part as report house to prescribe in house accommodation business law (2017 law 65th).
    (A) Single-family homes (including two-family living together houses specified in the following paragraph)
    (B) Clinic (excluding veterinary clinics) combined housing
    (2) The site of the building shall not be split.
    (3) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this, and the distance from the outer surface such as bay windows, outdoor stairs, veranda or its foot pillars attached to the building to the adjacent land boundary line shall be 0.5m or more.
    (4) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    (5) The ground surface of the site shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts or embankments for building parking lots, stairs or wheelchairs.
    2 The two-family living together house in item 1 of the preceding paragraph shall be the two entrance common type or (3) internal common type as listed in the separate figure.
