(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6 The use, form, structure, site, position, and design of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
(1) Use of building shall raise next except thing which assumes house part to become report house to prescribe in house accommodation business law (2017 law 65th).

(2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9m and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7.5m.
(3) The number of floors of buildings other than the basement shall be 2 or less.
(4) The site area shall be 180 m2 or more.
(5) The ground of the site cannot be changed. However, car parking lots (hereinafter referred to as "garages"). This does not apply to cuts or embankments for building exterior stairs, slopes for wheelchairs, lifts, etc.
(6) Buildings shall not be able to be built outside the top of the retaining wall facing the site boundary. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to any of the following. (※Note [3]) (PDF: 300KB)

(Ii) Underground garages, etc., which are installed in a state that does not protrude from the ground surface of residential land, and are planted on the site boundary side of the part less than the retreat distance of the outer wall at the top of the garage.

(Ii) Provide for storage and other similar uses (excluding garages), the height of the eaves is 2.3 m or less, and the total floor area is 5 m2 or less.
(Iii) The height of the eaves shall be 2.3 m or less, the floor area shall be 20 m2 or less, and shall be built only with pillars and roofs.
(Iv) Underground garages, etc., which are installed in a state that does not protrude from the ground surface of residential land, and are planted on the site boundary side of the part less than the retreat distance such as the outer wall above the garage.
(8) The colors of the roof and outer wall of the building shall be in harmony with the surrounding landscape.
