    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, structure, site and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must be based on standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) Use shall be a single-family house, a clinic combined house, or a combined house according to Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Ordinance. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to those that do not violate the purpose of Article 1 and that the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7 has approved in consultation with Yokohama City.
    (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9m from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7.5m.
    (3) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    (4) The site shall not be split. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the site area after the split is 180 m2 or more.
    (5) The ground surface of the site (at the time of the agreement approval of the agreement) shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to the construction of a car garage, exterior construction such as the installation of staircases, or excavation and backfilling to replace existing retaining walls with reinforced concrete direct retaining walls.
    (6) Buildings or structures shall not be built on the outside of the retaining wall top line along the site boundary line and shall not be built. However, this does not apply to eaves and eaves of buildings. (Refer to No.1 in the attached figure.)
    (7) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary line is based on the standard in the third-class scenic area prescribed in the Yokohama City Scenic District Ordinance (1970 Ordinance No. 35).
