  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Restrictions on Buildings)
    Article 7 The site, position, use and form of buildings in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
    1 Use of a single-family house (including two-family living together houses) It shall be a clinic (excluding veterinary clinics) combined house or a combined house prescribed in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings necessary for the public interest that have been approved by the Agreement Steering Committee stipulated in Article 12 in consultation with Yokohama City.
    The number of floors of 2 buildings shall be 2 or less except for the basement.
    The height of 3 buildings and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 9 meters and 7 meters from the ground surface, respectively.
    4 The site must not be divided and constructed.
    5 The installation of a mount that protrudes from the outer surface of the retaining wall shall not be possible. (Refer to Attachment 4-Maru 1) However, if the construction is performed in a manner that does not impair the aesthetics, it is possible to install a flower bed facing public roads below the regulation of Attachment 4-Maru 2.
