    Article 7 The site, position, use and form of the building in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards stipulated in the following items.
    1 Use of the building shall be a single-family house (including two-family living together house) It shall be a clinic (excluding veterinary clinic) combined house or a combined house prescribed in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings necessary for the public interest that the Agreement Steering Committee stipulated in Article 12 has been approved in consultation with Yokohama City.
    2. The number of floors of the building shall be two or less except for the basement.
    3 The height of the 3 buildings and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 9 meters and 7 meters, respectively.
    4 The site shall not be divided and constructed.
    5 It shall not be possible to install mounts that protrudes from the outer surface of the retaining wall. (Refer to Figure 4-Maru 1) However, if the construction is carried out in a manner that does not impair the aesthetics, flower beds facing public roads below the regulations set forth in Figure 4-Maru 2.
