    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, structure, site and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must be based on standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) Use of the building shall be a single-family house (including a two-family living together house) or a clinic (excluding veterinary clinic) combined house. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to public facilities, etc., for which the Steering Committee specified in Article 7 has deemed to be contrary to the purpose of Article 1.
    (2) The height of the eaves of the building shall not exceed 7.5m from the ground surface.
    (3) The site shall not be split.
    (4) The ground surface of the site shall not be changed. However, this does not apply to cuts and embankments for constructing parking lots and stairs, slopes for wheelchairs, etc.
    (5) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the site boundary line shall be 1m or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in building in distance less than limit of this distance or part of building.
    B b A bay window with a height of 30 cm or more from the lower end floor, the horizontal distance from the surrounding outer wall is less than 50 cm, and the window is a window at least 1/2 of the found area.
    (B) Those that are used for storage and other similar uses (excluding car garages), with an eave height of 2.3 m or less and a total floor area of 5 m2 or less.
    (C) Those to be used for car garages.
    (6) The boundaries of the site shall be hedges in principle, and the installation of fences and other structures shall be approved by the Steering Committee specified in Article 7.
    (7) The structure of retaining walls, etc. shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cases where the Steering Committee specified in Article 7 finds that it is not contrary to the purpose of Article 1.
    (8) Buildings, stands, corridors, etc. shall not be built or built or built over the retaining wall facing the site boundary line and cannot be built or constructed.
