  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 6 The use, form, structure, site and location of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
    (1) The use of the building shall be a single-family house (including two-family living together house) or a clinic (excluding veterinary clinic) combined house. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to public facilities, etc., which the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7 has deemed that it does not violate the purpose of Article 1.
    (2) The height of the eaves of the building shall not exceed 7.5m from the ground surface.
    (3) The site cannot be divided.
    (4) The ground surface of the site cannot be changed. However, this does not apply to cuts and embankments for building parking lots, stairs, slopes for wheelchairs, etc.
    (5) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the site boundary line shall be 1m or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in part of building or building in distance less than limit of this distance.
    B. A bay window where the height from the floor at the lower end is 30 cm or more, the horizontal distance from the surrounding outer wall is less than 50 cm, and more than half of the found area is windows.
    (B) For storage and other similar uses (excluding car garages), the height of the eaves is 2.3 m or less and the total floor area is 5 m2 or less.
    (C) For use in car garages.
    (6) The boundary of the site shall be a hedge in principle, and the installation of fences and other structures shall be approved by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7.
    (7) The structure of retaining walls, etc. cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to those that the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7 deems that it does not violate the purpose of Article 1.
    (8) Buildings, structures such as gantrys, corridors, etc. shall protrude from the retaining wall facing the site boundary and cannot be built or built.
