Park facility outline
This park is located about 1.5 km south of Maioka Station subway, in the center of the Maioka and Noba districts, one of the city's seven major green bases.
As the surrounding urbanization is intense, the park area has rich greenery and spring water in the park area, and the traditional rural scenery with little remaining in the city is left.
Taking advantage of this environment and the topography of Tando, a characteristic landscape of Yokohama, the park has been developed as a park where citizens can enjoy farming experiences and nature observation in the "landscape of hometown".
The Maioka area, which borders the north side of the park, is the area of "Maioka Hometown Village", and the community development, which focuses on revitalizing the area through agricultural promotion.
Opening of the park
December 15, 1992
Area
285,000 square meters
(wide area park)

An old private house (former Kaneko Family Residence)
It is a park where the main use is to walk and rest while surpassing "hometown" and participation in farming experiences such as paddy fields and fields. An old private house (former Kaneko family house main house) in the early Meiji era has been relocated and restored as a base for use.
This old private house was selected as a Yokohama City Certified Historic Building in 1995.
Rules and manners for park use
Excessive growth of no-lead or telescopic leads can cause lost child or accident, which is extremely dangerous.
Be sure to put the lead on the dog and keep it short for control.
If you excrete during a walk, be sure to bring your feces home.
※There are areas in the park where pets cannot be brought (around Kotando no Sato). Please be careful.
The tents are up to a size that can accommodate about a few people, and can be used as long as it is a simple one (one-touch tent) that does not hit a pile (peg) on the ground.
portable gas stove, gas cylinder, gas stove, barbecue stove, hot plate, single burner, generator, etc. cannot be used.
There is no recycle bin in the park.
