(We will continue to exchange contracts at the counter.)
★The email address in charge of reclaimed water sales has changed. Please be sure to check it.
The Yokohama City Sewerage River Bureau conducts two types of renewable water sales business: filtration water and ozone treated water.
Care must be taken in handling such as unsuitable for beverages.
It is sold to contractors used for public works and commissions in Yokohama City.
It is not sold outside Yokohama city or to the general public.
(* There is a change in the payment method of the usage fee from 2017. Please be careful.
This section introduces how to purchase reclaimed water (filtration water) using a reclaimed water supply device.
Notice
- The equipment is scheduled to be shut down at the Sakae Daini Water Reclamation Center.
- There is a plan to stop the equipment at Chubu Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Application for Reclaimed Water
| How to apply | ★From April 2024, the submission method of the “Application for Reclaimed Water Use” has been changed to e-mail. “Required for Application” 1 Application for recycled water use (download of application (Excel: 34KB)) ★It has become a new style since April 2024. Please use this one. ※It is necessary to submit an application for each case, such as public works and consignments using recycled water. It is not possible to apply collectively for the amount used for multiple public works and consignments. ※For order construction and consignment at JV (consortium), please be the representative company as the applicant. ※Please send the application form for recycled water use by e-mail with Excel data instead of PDF. 2 Copy of contract work (public construction, consignment, etc.) using reclaimed water 3 Those that can verify the identity of the applicant (employee ID, license, business card, etc.) <<Application>> gk-saiseihanbai@city.yokohama.jp Please attach the above documents to the e-mail and send them. ★The subject of the e-mail must be as follows. [Application for Reclaimed Water Use] ○○ Corporation ※If the subject of the e-mail does not include [Application for Reclaimed Water Use], it will not be accepted correctly, so please be thorough. When the application is accepted, we will send you an e-mail notification of the subsequent procedures. We perform subsequent procedure in Yokohama-shi Government building the 29th floor sewer River Bureau facility management section (recycling water sales window). After applying, we will exchange a usage contract and lend a "Usage Permit" and "Recycled Water Key". ※Due to the procedures for issuing usage contracts and keys It usually takes about 10 days (excluding weekends and holidays). After application, you will not be able to use it immediately, so please apply in advance. |

| How to purchase | It is sold at the Renewable Water Supply System at the Water Reclamation Center. Usage Performance Report
| Usage volume report | For each water supply, measure the amount of water meter of the sales device (before and after water supply) and measure it. Fill in the amount of water used in the results report for recycled water use (download report (Excel: 118KB)). ★It has become a new style since April 2024. Please use this one. At the end of each month, the report will be sent to the Facility Management Division (Recycled Water Sales Office) by the 5th of the following month. Please send by e-mail (gk-saiseihanbai@city.yokohama.jp). ★The subject of the e-mail must be as follows. [Report of Reclaimed Water Use] ○Month, number ○ ※If the subject of the e-mail does not include [Recycled Water Usage Results Report], it will not be accepted correctly, so please be thorough. ※Please submit a report even if there is no usage (zero). ※Upon expiration of the contract period, promptly obtain the “Usage Permit” and “Usage Key”. Yokohama City Hall 29th floor Sewer River Bureau Facility Management Section (reclaimed water sales window) Please return it to me. ※Even if the use is completed before the expiration of the contract period, the “Usage Permit” and “Recycled Water Key” will be used. It can be used as a procedure for completion of use by returning it. (Result report after the month following the return date is no longer required.) |

About acceptance of application for reclaimed water use at the end of the fiscal year
