To businesses receiving payments from Transportation Bureau

From April 2023, the handling of necessary/required procedures and invoices has been partially changed when charging costs to Transportation Bureau.

Registration of account information and change of information already registered

Those who are eligible to participate in bidding (qualified persons)

Please apply for a change notification using the "Eligibility Examination Application System".
For detailed procedures, please check the transfer account registration [trader code-account branch number].

If a person who does not qualify for bids is charged to Transportation Bureau.

Please apply for registration of the transfer account using the "Eligibility Examination Application System".
※When receiving payment from Transportation Bureau, registration of the transfer account is required.

(Those who have already registered as a transfer account)
If there is a change in creditor information or account information, please apply for a notification of change using the “Qualification Application System”.

For detailed procedures, please check the transfer account registration [trader code-account branch number].

Items on the invoice

Be sure to specify the transfer account information (financial institution name, store name, deposit type, account number and account holder Kana) or the [trader code-account branch number] issued by the qualification screening application system on the invoice.
※If you are unable to confirm the transfer account information, you will be asked to resubmit it as incomplete.
