To businesses that receive payments from Transportation Bureau

Effective April 2023, necessary/required procedures has partially changed the handling of invoices by Transportation Bureau.
Registration of account information ・ Change of information already registered
Those who are eligible for bid participation (qualified persons)
Please apply for a change notification using the "Qualification Application System".
For detailed procedures, please refer to the transfer account registration [trader code-account branch number].
If a person who does not qualify for bids charge Transportation Bureau
Please apply for a transfer account registration using the "qualification application system".
※To receive payment from Transportation Bureau, a bank account registration is required.
(Those who have already registered the transfer account)
If there is a change in creditor information or account information, please apply for a change notification using the "Qualification Application System".
For detailed procedures, please refer to the transfer account registration [trader code-account branch number].
Matters to be stated in the invoice
On the invoice, be sure to specify the transfer account information (financial institution name, store name, deposit type, account number and account holder kana) or [trader code-account branch number] issued by the qualification screening application system.
※If you are unable to confirm the transfer account information, you will need to resubmit it as incomplete.
