Duties
(1) Office work and planning related to recruitment of staff, public relations of staff recruitment, etc.
- Aggregation of applicants related to recruitment selection (operation of recruitment management system), operation assistance
- Public relations procedures for recruitment
- Confirmation of applicants' documents and confirmation of recruitment procedures documents
- Follow-up to applicants using the recruitment site
(2) Other administrative assistance services (public hearing services, Retirement procedures for staff)
Recruitment requirements
All of the following requirements must be met:
(1) Basic operation of personal computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and telephone response
(2) Have experience working in a company, local government, etc.
※If you have experience in hiring, you may be able to do so.
Working conditions
(1) Identity
General part-time employees based on Article 22-2, Paragraph 1 of the Local Public Service Act

City of Yokohama, Transportation Bureau (19th floor, Yokohama City Hall) (10, 6-50 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama)
3-minute walk from Sakuragicho Station on the JR/Municipal Subway
Directly connected to the 1C entrance of Bashamichi Station in Minato Mirai Line
(4) Employment period
From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 (FY2025)
If your work performance is good, you may be re-appointed. (up to 4 times)
(5) Salary
243,800 yen per month (addition based on years of service)
※The amount is subject to change during the appointment period.
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, and term-end allowance are provided in accordance with separate rules.
(6) Number of working days
As a general rule, work 5 days a week (no work on Saturday, Sunday, national holidays, and New Year's holidays (December 29-January 3))
(7) Working hours
From 8:30 to 17:00 (break from 12:00 to 13:00)
(8) Vacation
There are annual vacations, summer vacations, and other special holidays
(9) Others
Joined employee health insurance (Yokohama City Staff Mutual Aid Association), employment insurance, Employees' Pension Insurance and Welfare Association

※1 In the case of mailing, be sure to use simple registered mail, and write in red on the surface of the envelope as "Fiscal year appointment staff selection documents are available".
※2 If you bring your own, Reception hours is from 9:00 to 17:00 on weekdays, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please tell us your department and purpose at the reception on the 3rd floor of Yokohama City Hall and receive a guest card (entry card).
※3 Even if the postmark is within the application period, if it does not arrive within the period, it will not be accepted.
Selection method
1st Selection [Document Selection]
Selection will be made based on the selection application form and prior assignments (entry sheet).
※1 If the application documents are incomplete, you will not be able to be selected.
※2 We will notify you of the pass or fail of the primary selection by Friday, February 14, 2025.
Secondary selection [interview test]
Interviews will be conducted for those who have passed the first screening.
Date and time: Thursday, February 20, 2025 The time will be notified separately to the target person.
Location: Yokohama City Hall 19th floor
※1 The final pass / fail will be notified by Friday, February 28, 2025.
※2 Final passers may be required to receive physical checkup at a later date.
Others
(1) If it becomes clear that you do not qualify for the exam or that the items on the application form are incorrect, you may be revoked.
(2) Documents submitted in this selection will not be returned.
(3) The personal information provided at the time of this selection will not be used for any purpose other than office work related to selection and recruitment.
