Ending ticket sales at campaign price

The “Digital Ticket Discount Campaign” exceeded expectations and reached the upper limit of the expected number of sales has been reached. As of June 11 (Tuesday). Tickets that have already been purchased will be available until June 16 (Sun).

Applicable 1-day ticket Municipal Subway / Municipal Bus Common 1-day ticket (for purchase of "my route")

※Tickets other than the above (municipal bus 1-day passenger ticket, municipal subway 1-day passenger ticket, Minato Burari Ticket, etc.) are not eligible for discounts.
※Municipal Subway / Municipal Bus 1-day tickets are available on all Yokohama Municipal Subway Lines (Blue Line, Green Line), Yokohama Municipal Bus, and Yokohama Transportation Development Co., Ltd. (excluding Mitsui Outlet Park Yokohama Bayside Direct Flights).
※It cannot be used by bus operators and railway operators other than City of Yokohama, Transportation Bureau and Yokohama Kotsu Development Co., Ltd.

The above discount price is only for those who purchased with the smartphone application "my route".
When purchasing at a municipal subway ticket vending machine, etc., it will be sold at a normal rate (830 yen for adults, 420 yen for children).
Please be sure to use tickets purchased at the campaign price during the campaign period.
※Refunds after purchase will be charged a refund fee of 100 yen. Refunds purchased at the campaign price are limited during the campaign (refunds will not be possible after the campaign ends).

What is the smartphone app "my route"?

Using the "Ode-katsu" app provided by Toyota Financial Services Co., Ltd., allows you to purchase digital tickets (including one-day tickets for transportation), use coupons, and search routes in conjunction with map information.

Precautions for using the smartphone app "my route"

  • To purchase tickets, you will need to register as a member of the smartphone application "my route" and register Payment method (PayPay, TOYOTA Wallet, credit card, prepaid card or debit card).
  • The validity period and refund period of tickets purchased at the campaign price will be limited to during the campaign (May 25-June 16) (cannot be used or refunded after the campaign ends).
