The municipal bus 83 system (Yokohama-sta.-nishiguchi-Kami Sugeta Eastern Park) will end municipal bus operation on September 30, 2023 (after October 1, it will operate as Sotetsu bus "Hama 83 system"). Along with this, the municipal bus line commuter pass will no longer be available.
※You can check the schedule of Sotetsu buses after October 1 from this page (outside site).
In addition, the common commuter pass of 83 lines can be used until the validity period after October 1, 2023.
In addition, customers who use the same transportation IC card (including mobile) to replace a municipal bus commuter pass with the same transportation IC card (including mobile) is requested to refund the municipal bus commuter pass first. .

Precautions

  • When refund, please bring a public certificate (license, passport, insurance card, etc.) that can confirm your identity.
  • ・Currently, if you have a municipal bus commuter pass and purchase a new "commuter pass" for Sotetsu bus, be sure to bring your "student ID" or "school certificate".
  • If you use a commuter pass with mobile PASMO or Apple Pay PASMO, you cannot refund at the counter. For this reason, please apply from the "Support / Frequently Asked Questions" on the PASMO website below after September 23.

  • Please note that if you purchase an IC commuter pass for Sotetsu bus first, it will be overwritten on the municipal bus's IC commuter pass and you will not be able to refund.
