Work location and main work content

Work location

I will work at the City of Yokohama, Transportation Bureau Central Office (19th floor of Yokohama City Hall) or at the municipal subway stations and municipal bus offices in City of Yokohama, Transportation Bureau.

Main duties

It is administrative assistance such as inputting various information using a personal computer, transporting and sorting e-mails in the agency, creating copies and labels, enclosing and sealing work, bringing in post office mail, shreddering disposal documents, organizing documents, etc., and cleaning work in the government building.
※ Depending on the acquisition of work, you may be involved in more complex tasks.

1 Documents required for application

 (3) Copy of notebook for each category (Please make one of A4 size of nursing notebook (love notebook), mental patient health welfare notebook, physical disability certificate)
 ※ If you are applying for grant, please indicate the date of application in the application form. Please submit it when your notebook is issued.
 (4) General dissertation or composition (depending on the application category)
 (5) Reply envelope (Please paste a 110 yen stamp on the long envelope No. 3)
 ※Used to send out the admission ticket.

2 Application Period

From Monday, February 3, Reiwa 7 to Monday, February 17, Reiwa 7 (postmark valid)

3 Mailing Method

 Please mail the documents to be submitted in the square No. 2 envelope (use the form specified by City of Yokohama, Transportation Bureau for the selection application form, resume, general paper or essay).
 To prevent postal accidents, be sure to mail from Japan by simple registered mail. In addition, we cannot respond to inquiries as to whether the submitted documents have been received. Please keep the receipt at the time of sending simple registered mail until the announcement of acceptance.
  Please write “Application for Fiscal Year Appointment Staff Recruitment Application Documents” in red on the front of the envelope, and be sure to indicate the sender's Address name on the back of the envelope.
