Transfer account registration [Trader Code - Account Branch Number]

This page contains information on Transportation Bureau, Water Works Bureau, and the sewerage business, in which City of Yokohama, Office of Accounting handles accounting operations independently. ※Landfill business and Medical Care Bureau Hospital Administration Headquarters are not applicable.

Overview

When you register the transfer account, a [trader code (7 digits)-account branch number (3 digits)] will be issued.
Simply listing the [Trader Code-Account Branch Number] on the invoice, etc., it is not necessary to enter the transfer account, and you can transfer to a registered account reliably and smoothly every time.

"Important" [Designated Person Code] Abolition of the abolition

With the aim of reducing the burden on businesses and improving convenience, we have integrated business information for contracts and account information for payment, which had been separately managed so far. As a result, the [Designated Code] has been abolished as of 2022. If you wish to continue to register your transfer account after 2023, please obtain [Trader Code-Account Branch Number].

Application method

Apply for a transfer account registration using the "Qualification Application System".
※We apply in "qualification examination application system" to apply for company registration in "Yokohama-shi e-bidding system". With this system, you can also register an account. Even those who do not participate in the bidding can register only an account with this system.

  Documents that can confirm account information (financial institution name, branch name, deposit type, account number, account name kana)
  (i) If there is a bank account.
     A copy of the back of the cover
    ※If the above account information cannot be confirmed only on the "back side of the cover", please submit the "cover" as necessary.
  (ii) If you do not have a bank account (for example, a web account, etc.)
     (Invoices and system screens that allow you to check the above account information (Invoices and system screens created by the company are not allowed.)

When there is a change in the registered contents (notification of change)

If there is a change in basic information or account information, a notification is required from the "Qualification Application System", so please proceed immediately.

Precautions regarding notification of change

If an invoice has been submitted before the changes are reflected, it may be paid to the account before the change. If you would like to check which account to be paid, please contact the department to which you submitted the invoice.

※Even if the account is deleted by submitting the “Deletion Notification”, if you have already submitted an invoice stating [Trader code-account branch number] of the registered account or the “Regular Expenditure Application Form” Please contact the department where you submit the invoice, as it may be paid to your account.
