As of March 31, 2023, the refund period for Family Environment One Day Tickets will end. If you would like to receive a refund, please be sure to check it.

End of the refund period
As of April 30, 2017, the refund period for family environment 1-day tickets for which sales have been discontinued will end on March 31, 2023.
After April 1, 2023, refunds will not be possible even if you come to the commuter pass sales counter. Please be careful.
Commuter pass sales window where refunds can be made
If you would like to receive a refund, please come to the following commuter pass sales window. Refunds will not be made except at the following commuter pass sales counters.
◎Customer Service Center: Yokohama Station, Shin-Yokohama Station, Center Minami Station, Kami-Ooka Station
◎Municipal bus commuter pass sales office: East Exit of Yokohama Station, Tsurumi Station East Exit, Nakayama Station [North Exit]

Notes on Refunds
※There is no charge for refunds.
※Refunds will not be made at the subway station office or ticket vending machines.
※No refund will be made at the bus office commuter pass sales counter.
