As of March 31, 2023, the refund period for Family Environment One Day Ticket will end. If you would like to receive a refund, please be sure to check it.

About the end of the refund period

As of April 30, 2017, the refund period for Family Environment One Day Ticket, which has been discontinued, will end on March 31, 2023.
After April 1, 2023, refunds will not be available even if you come to the commuter pass sales counter. Please be careful.

Commuter ticket sales counter for refunds

If you would like to receive a refund, please come to the following commuter pass sales counter. Refunds will not be made at the following commuter pass sales counters.
 ◎Customer Service Center: Yokohama Station, Shin-Yokohama Station, Center Minami Station, Kami-Ooka Station
 ◎Municipal bus commuter pass sales office: Yokohama Station East Exit, Tsurumi Station East Exit, Nakayama Station [North Exit]

Precautions for Refunds

※There is no charge for the refund.
※Refunds will not be made at the subway station office or ticket vending machines.
※Please note that refunds will not be made at the bus office commuter pass sales counter.
